GPA Grading System for JSC Exam

Now let’s talk about the grading system that is used in the Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination and the examination results based on the grading system. That is, how many marks are given in the JSC exam, which grade is given or how many marks are given in which grade, now we will share it.

The grading system you can see above is applied in the Junior School Certificate-JSC exam. According to this grading system, an A plus grade is given for 80 to 100 marks, which means a GPA of 5.00.

Then the number 70 to 79 is considered A Grade which is the point of GPA 4.00. Similarly, if you get 60 to 69 marks, A- Grade is given which has 3.50 points.

A student scores 50 to 59 then is given a B grade with a GPA point of 3.00. If you get 40 to 49 marks, it is considered C Grade whose point is GPA of 2.50.

A student gets 33 to 39 marks in JSC exam then he will get D Grade, whose point is GPA 2.00. And finally if a student scores below 33 i.e. zero to 32 if any student gets then he will get F grade. And F Grade GPA Points in JSC Exam is 0.00.

How to Calculate JSC GPA Result?

Choose Grade Format

Select Optional Subject

At this stage, you have to select the optional subject in the subject list of the calculator. Although it is not an important subject, you can select the optional subjects if you want.

As shown in the picture above, you have to fill two optional subjects. One of the optional subjects is religious education which includes Islam and other religions. And another is having four subjects Agriculture and Home Science. I hope you have selected the optional subjects.

Select Your Subject Grade

At this stage you have to select subject wise grade of JSC exam. In other words, you have to select the subject in which you got great in the JSC exam.

For example, if you have got A+ in Mathematics in JSC exam results, then the calculator should select A+ correctly. In this way, you have to select the grades that you got in the exam.

In the above picture you can see the science grade being selected. You have to select your subject here. If you select the correct GPA you will see the correct GPA result.

Final JSC GPA Result

JSC Exam Pass Mark

To pass the Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination, a student must obtain a minimum of 33 marks or D grade GPA of 1.00 in one subject.

There are seven grades available for determining the results of the JSC examination. Where the highest grade is considered to be A plus and the lowest grade is D grade. And when a student fails is given F grade.
